Online Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

Nedbank Group is seeking a part-time Online Marketing Assistant to join our team in Johannesburg, Gauteng. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in online marketing and be dedicated and independent in their work approach.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and implementation of online marketing campaigns - Monitor and analyze the performance of online marketing efforts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement - Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to increase brand awareness - Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to execute marketing initiatives - Assist in the creation of content for online platforms, including website, blog, and social media channels - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Stay up to date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices - Assist in the development of email marketing campaigns and strategies - Provide general support to the marketing team as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field - 2+ years of experience in online marketing - Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks - Strong cooperation and people management skills - Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Analytics
