Online Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

As an Online Marketing Assistant at Capitec Bank, you will be responsible for assisting the marketing team in implementing online marketing strategies to promote the bank's products and services. This is a part-time entry-level position that requires at least 1 year of experience in marketing.

Responsibilities: - Assist in creating and implementing online marketing campaigns - Monitor and analyze social media and website metrics - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and optimize online content - Assist in managing email marketing campaigns - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities - Assist in creating and editing visual content for online platforms - Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed - Stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends and best practices

Requirements: - At least 1 year of experience in online marketing or related field - Dedicated and resilient personality traits - Emotional intelligence and innovation in dealing with different situations - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred
