Communications Specialist - Remote Work

Sanlam is seeking a passionate and dedicated Communications Specialist to join our team on a remote, part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in communications or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement communication strategies to promote Sanlam's brand and projects - Write and edit content for various communication channels, including press releases, social media posts, and internal newsletters - Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to inform communication strategies - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate communication efforts and ensure messaging consistency - Assist in planning and executing events, webinars, and other promotional activities - Monitor and analyze the performance of communication initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms - Experience with graphic design and video editing tools is a plus - Familiarity with SEO and web analytics tools is a plus
