Online Communications Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Online Communications Specialist to join our team at Anglo American Platinum in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in online communications, marketing, or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement online communication strategies to promote company initiatives and increase brand awareness - Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to attract and retain followers - Monitor online presence and respond to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to create online campaigns that align with company objectives - Analyze data and metrics to track the success of online campaigns and make recommendations for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online communications

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Confident and driven personality with excellent communication skills - Strong adaptability and strategic planning skills - Proficient in social media platforms and online marketing tools - Ability to work independently and in a team environment
