Job Description:

Clicks Group is seeking a talented Online Communications Specialist to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg, Gauteng. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in online communications and a passion for driving engagement and building brand awareness in the digital space.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement online communication strategies to promote products, services, and events - Manage social media platforms and create compelling content to engage with our online community - Monitor online conversations and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all online channels - Analyze key performance indicators and provide insights to optimize online communication efforts - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance online engagement

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms - Reliable and adaptable with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Demonstrated leadership and decision-making skills - A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail
