Online Communications Specialist

Job Description:

Vodacom Group is seeking an Online Communications Specialist to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng. This part-time position is perfect for an entry-level candidate with at least 1 year of experience in online communications. As an Online Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and implementing our online communication strategies to engage with our target audience effectively.

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute online communication strategies to promote Vodacom Group's brand and services - Create engaging content for social media platforms, website, and other online channels - Monitor and analyze online engagement metrics to optimize communication campaigns - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all online platforms - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online communications - Assist in the planning and execution of online events, webinars, and campaigns - Provide support for online customer service inquiries and feedback - Assist with the creation of online marketing materials and presentations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field - 1 year of experience in online communications or digital marketing - Motivated and passionate about online communications - Strong strategic planning skills - Excellent presentation skills - Proficiency in social media platforms and content management systems - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
