Online Social Media Manager

As the Online Social Media Manager at Foschini Group, located in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA, you will be responsible for managing the company's presence on various social media platforms to increase brand awareness, engage with customers, drive website traffic, and ultimately increase sales. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in social media management.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve company goals - Create engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn - Monitor social media analytics and track key performance metrics - Engage with customers and respond to inquiries and comments in a timely manner - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment of social media efforts with overall business objectives - Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices - Monitor competitor activity on social media and identify opportunities for growth

Requirements: - Hardworking and motivated individual with a passion for social media - Creativity and innovation in content creation and strategy development - Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with customers online - Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics - Knowledge of social media advertising and content marketing - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred
