Online Social Media Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Online Social Media Manager to join our team at Pick n Pay Stores in Johannesburg, Gauteng. As an Associate-Level Online Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and growing our online presence across various social media platforms.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement - Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms - Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media - Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly - Collaborate with other departments to integrate social media into overall marketing efforts - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media and digital marketing

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management - Driven and resilient personality traits - Strong persuasion and presentation skills - Proficient in social media analytics tools - Knowledge of best practices for social media marketing - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
