Online Social Media Manager

Job Description:

As an Online Social Media Manager at Harmony Gold in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, you will be responsible for managing all social media channels and implementing online marketing strategies to achieve company objectives. This role is part-time and at an Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategy to increase brand awareness and drive engagement - Create engaging content for various social media platforms - Monitor social media trends and stay updated on best practices - Manage all social media accounts and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner - Analyze social media performance and report on key metrics - Collaborate with other departments to coordinate social media campaigns - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in social media management - Confident and adaptable personality traits - Strong people management and decision-making skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Knowledge of social media platforms and analytics tools - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
