Social Media Manager

Job Description:

Imperial Logistics is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Social Media Manager to join our team in Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa. As a part-time employee at the Associate Level, the Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's social media presence across various platforms.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement - Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn - Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions - Interact with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate social media campaigns with marketing and PR efforts - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in social media management - Excellent communication skills and attention to detail - Strong critical thinking and research skills - Proficiency in social media analytics tools and platforms - Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Familiarity with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
