Social Media Manager

Truworths International is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Social Media Manager to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng. This part-time position is ideal for entry-level professionals with at least 1 year of experience in social media management.

As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage with customers, and drive traffic to our online platforms. You will create content, manage social media accounts, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media initiatives with overall marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve company goals - Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms - Manage social media accounts and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner - Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize strategy - Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure brand consistency - Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Proven experience in social media management - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in social media analytics tools - Resilient and energetic personality - Strong leadership and planning skills
