Social Media Manager

Job Description:

Clicks Group is seeking a dedicated and confident Social Media Manager to join our team in Durban, KwaZulu Natal. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement - Manage all social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn - Create and publish engaging content, including text, images, and videos - Monitor social media analytics to track performance and make data-driven decisions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels - Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices - Respond to comments and messages from followers in a timely and professional manner - Coordinate with marketing and PR teams to support overall marketing objectives

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Proven experience in social media management, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong time management and decision-making skills - Proficient in social media analytics tools and platforms - Ability to work independently and in a team environment
