Social Media Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team at MTN Group. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive traffic to our website. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from home, making it ideal for those who are independent and driven.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) - Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts - Monitor social media analytics to track performance and optimize strategy - Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals - Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices - Respond to comments and messages in a timely manner - Manage social media advertising campaigns - Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors - Report on key metrics and KPIs to senior management

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management - Strong project management skills - Excellent analytical abilities - Independent and self-motivated - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in social media management tools - Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing techniques - A passion for social media and digital marketing
