Social Media Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a hardworking and driven individual to join our team as a Social Media Manager on a part-time, remote basis. As a Social Media Manager at Massmart Holdings, you will be responsible for managing all social media channels, creating engaging content, and developing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.

Responsibilities: - Create and publish relevant, original, and high-quality content for all social media channels - Manage social media accounts and engage with followers - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement - Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools - Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices - Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency in messaging across all channels - Respond to comments and messages in a timely manner - Stay informed about industry news and trends

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in social media management - Strong project management and leadership skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and remotely - Proficiency in social media analytics tools - Experience in content creation and social media marketing - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
