Social Media Manager - Remote Work

Old Mutual is seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will be remote, allowing for flexibility in working location. The ideal candidate will be hardworking and passionate about social media, with a creative mindset and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement - Create and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms - Monitor social media trends and emerging platforms to stay ahead of the curve - Analyze social media metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve performance - Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate social media campaigns - Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulations related to social media

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in social media management or a related field - Proven track record of successful social media campaigns - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in social media analytics tools - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
