Social Media Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

Shoprite Holdings is seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy across various platforms to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and engage with our audience. This role requires someone with at least 3 years of experience in social media management and a passion for creating engaging content.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and drive traffic - Create and schedule content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn - Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize strategy and content - Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner - Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create compelling visual and written content - Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices - Manage social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences - Prepare and present regular reports on social media performance and ROI

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in social media management - Resilient and dedicated personality traits - Strong creativity and persuasion skills - Excellent communication and writing skills - Ability to work independently and remotely - Knowledge of social media analytics tools and best practices - Experience with social media advertising platforms - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
