Client Experience: Professionally greet and assist clients who come for in-person meetings, ensuring they have a positive experience from the moment they arrive.
Staff Supervision: Manage the cleaning staff, ensuring a consistently tidy and presentable office space.
Inventory Management: Oversee and order office supplies and stationery, making sure we're always well-stocked.

Workshop Support: Assist with the co-ordination and setup of workshops run at the office, ensuring all necessary resources are available.
Ad-hoc Secretarial Support: Provide secretarial duties for the executive team on an as-needed basis, including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation.
