We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive Part-Time Virtual Assistant to join our team onsite in Port Elizabeth. This role will help bridge support gaps and assist with a variety of tasks to keep our operations running smoothly.
Update template copy for various communications
Refresh and update Canva images
Perform basic WordPress updates (training provided)
Draft and send emails to customers and prospects
Manage LinkedIn communications, emails, and folders/files
Additional tasks as required
Strong attention to detail and systematic approach to work
Excellent English language skills (written and verbal)
Great communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Proactive mindset
Good time management and prioritization
Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience with Zoho CRM and Monday.com
Part-time, onsite in Port Elizabeth
