We’re looking for a highly motivated and engaging Sales Consultant, for a growing and technology driven organisation, to promote and sell virtual fire safety training sessions, bundled with practical fire safety kits, to clients across industries including mining, manufacturing, healthcare, education and retail. This position is a part-time, flexible role (approximately 4-8 hours per week). Individual to be based in Gauteng region, thus a focus on client relationships, initially within Gauteng as a whole.
This role blends sales, client relationship management, and tech-enabled service delivery. You'll be the face of a modern, safety-first training solution — offering accessible, interactive virtual sessions paired with hands-on equipment. Ideal for someone with a sales background in PPE products, health and safety and a strong passion for making workplaces safer.
Responsibilities:
Sell virtual fire safety training sessions that include the provision of physical safety kits.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across diverse sectors.
Conduct virtual and occasional in-person client meetings to pitch and demonstrate the offering.
Manage end-to-end sales cycle: from lead generation and follow-up to closing deals.
Coordinate with operations to ensure timely delivery of kits to participants.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Keep up-to-date with relevant safety regulations and training best practices.
Meet or exceed agreed sales targets and contribute to strategic growth.
