Part-Time Business Process Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Analyse and map existing business processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Design, build and maintain workflow automations using tools such as n8n and Zapier.
• Integrate third-party applications and APIs to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand process pain points and provide tailored automation solutions.
• Monitor the performance of automated workflows and continuously improve them.
• Document workflows, processes, and solutions for internal stakeholders.
• Provide basic training or handover on new automation tools or processes if needed.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in business process analysis or automation.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as n8n and Zapier (must-have).
• Familiarity with API integrations and basic scripting (JavaScript or Python experience is a plus).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Access to a reliable internet connection and own laptop/computer.
• Ability to manage your own schedule and deliver consistently within the agreed part-time hours.
