Part-time Robotic Process Automation Implementation Manager (UiPath)

• Lead the Phase 2 implementation of UiPath robotics, including both attended and unattended bots.
  
• Develop, test, and deploy automated workflows that integrate seamlessly with existing business systems and processes.
  
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements, map business processes, and translate these into scalable RPA solutions.
  
• Set up and manage testing, ensuring robust performance in live settings and overseeing UAT.
  
• Apply strong business analysis skills to ensure automation initiatives align with user needs and the organisation’s strategic goals.
  
• Manage the project delivery timeline, ensuring milestones are met within scope and budget, while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, including summarized executive reporting and vendor management.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Analysis, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  
• 3–5+ years of hands-on, proven experience in IT project delivery, business analysis, or automation implementation
  
• Ability to map and analyse business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into scalable automation solutions
  
• Previous exposure to automation within finance, logistics, or customer service functions
  
• A confident, independent working style, with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  
• Comfortable managing project timelines, blockers, and reporting structures across teams
  
• Based in Gauteng, with the ability to work on-site in Centurion as needed (hybrid model)
