RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop content strategy from raw assets (e.g., videos) into multi-platform content (e.g., YouTube uploads, social media clips, memes, captions, blog posts).
- Manage and optimize SEO across blog and website (Elementor/WordPress).
- Edit and format slides, handouts, lead magnets, and basic design documents.
- Set up and optimize email sequences, quizzes, and opt-in funnels.
- Pitch podcast appearances and guest opportunities.
- Support launches with email marketing and potential paid ad campaigns.
- Manage or assist with YouTube and Substack content distribution.
- Perform light tech tasks (e.g., updating websites, uploading blog posts).
- Collaborate via weekly Zoom calls to brainstorm and align strategy.
- Help track and manage marketing tasks and campaign assets.
Must-Have Proficiency:
- Google Workspace
- Canva
- Mailerlite or similar
- WordPress (Elementor or Gutenberg)
- Social Media Content Repurposing
- SEO (keywords, meta descriptions, structure)
Nice to Have / Will Train If Needed:
- SmarterQueue
- Agolix
- Substack
- Quiz tools
- YouTube channel management
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in digital marketing, ideally in health, wellness, or coaching niches
- Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills
- Ability to extract marketing content from long-form videos or documents
- Extreme attention to detail — especially important for accurate healthcare messaging
- Self-starter with strategic thinking and implementation skills
- Comfortable using AI ethically and strategically, not as a crutch
- Interest in or passion for women's health, nutrition, or pregnancy is a bonus
- Flexible and collaborative attitude with high integrity
HOURS:
- Preferably Pacific Time Zone hours (even if the client is on the East Coast). Weekly Zoom call required. Most tasks are flexible and deadline-based.
