Job Description - RTM Client Liaison (Part-Time | Property Management)

Job Title: RTM Client Liaison (Part-Time | UK Property Management)


Location: Western Cape, South Africa (preferably within travelling distance of Stellenbosch)
Working Model: Remote with occasional in-person meetings and company events


About the Role


We are a UK-based property management company supporting leaseholders and RTM (Right to Manage) directors across a range of residential developments. We are seeking a professional and highly capable RTM Client Liaison based in the Western Cape to support our London operations.


This role plays a key part in maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the RTM process and supporting the growth of new business opportunities through structured follow-up of enquiries and leads.


The successful candidate will be confident, organised and client-focused, with the ability to operate professionally across UK-based stakeholders and South African support structures.



Key Responsibilities



  • Act as the primary point of contact for RTM clients and directors

  • Manage all client communication with professionalism, accuracy, and urgency

  • Clearly explain the RTM process to prospective clients and stakeholders

  • Proactively follow up on leads, enquiries, and outstanding documentation

  • Maintain and strengthen long-term client relationships

  • Support onboarding of new RTM clients and developments

  • Assist in converting enquiries into instructed RTM matters

  • Provide structured updates and administrative client support



Essential Requirements



  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Confident and professional telephone manner

  • Strong organisational and time management ability

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in communication

  • Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Matric / National Senior Certificate (Grade 12)

  • Based in the Western Cape, South Africa (preferably near Stellenbosch)

  • Comfortable working UK hours (10:00 – 14:00)



Preferred Experience



  • Property management or leasehold environment exposure

  • Client relationship management or customer success experience

  • Sales, lead nurturing, or business development support

  • Familiarity with RTM processes or UK property terminology



Salary: R8,000 – R10,000 per month
Hours: 4 hours per day (10:00 – 14:00 UK time)

This role suits a calm, structured and professionally confident individual who takes ownership of client communication and enjoys building long-term relationships.


You will be working closely with a UK-based team, so the ability to communicate clearly, respond promptly and maintain a high standard of professionalism is essential.

A stable internet connection is essential, particularly during load shedding. This position supports Urang Property Management’s commitment to Employment Equity. In accordance with the Employment Equity Act, preference will be given to suitably qualified South African citizens from designated groups. Candidates must have legal authorization to work in South Africa. The company reserves the right not to make an appointment.
