Solution Architect - FinCrime/Compliance/Risk/Treasury

Job Overview:

As a Solution Architect specializing in FinCrime, Compliance, Risk, and Treasury environments, you will be responsible for driving the design and delivery of complex, business strategy-aligned technology solutions. Your expertise will be pivotal in crafting high-impact, cross-domain technology solution blueprints and associated solutions, fostering architectural capability within Dev teams across an estate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize a deep understanding of FinCrime, Compliance, Risk, and Treasury environments and associated technologies to provide business solutions.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to analyze customer requirements, business capabilities, and stakeholder perspectives to frame complex business problems and design appropriate solutions.
• Lead design thinking processes to develop solution blueprints and associated roadmaps, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy.
• Create end-to-end solution blueprints and oversee their implementation across all phases of the initiative life cycle.
• Design detailed feasibilities and business cases, making informed choices in solution design based on engineering best practices.
• Take accountability for solution blueprint design and delivery decisions within the organization.
• Work closely with project/program management teams to align solution roadmaps with strategic requirements.
• Ensure the accuracy of solution details across all architecture domains and adherence to the organization's standards.

Background and Experience Required:

• Years of Experience: 8+ years' experience in Solution Architecture and Design.
• Industry Experience: Profound understanding of FinCrime, Compliance, Risk, and Treasury environments and technologies.

Mandatory Skills:

• Cloud Knowledge: Especially AWS Certification with a minimum of [insert minimum years of experience] years of experience.
