Business Development Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Exxaro Resources is seeking a dedicated and energetic Business Development Associate to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As an Associate Level role, we are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Research and identify potential business opportunities - Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners - Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies - Analyze market trends and competitor activity - Support the senior business development team in negotiations and deal structuring - Prepare and present proposals and presentations to potential clients - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Strong project management and analytical skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Prior experience in business development or sales is preferred - Must be detail-oriented and organized
