Job Description:

Sanlam is seeking a part-time Business Development Associate to join our team based in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely, providing the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate level position, we are looking for candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities - Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders - Create and deliver sales presentations to potential clients - Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for business growth - Monitor market trends and competitor activities - Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company

Requirements: - Proven track record in business development or sales - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent decision-making and negotiation skills - Persuasive and confident in a sales environment - Hardworking and goal-oriented mindset - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
