Business Development Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and dynamic Business Development Associate to join our team at Absa Group Limited. This is a part-time remote work opportunity based in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA, at the Associate level. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in business development or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach efforts - Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders - Collaborate with internal teams to create proposals, presentations, and pitches for new business opportunities - Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company's services - Track and analyze key metrics to evaluate the success of business development efforts - Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform business development strategies - Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of leads and opportunities

Requirements: - Passionate and energetic personality with a strong drive to succeed - Excellent emotional intelligence and ability to work well in a team environment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of developing and closing new business opportunities - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
