Business Development Associate

Job description:

Netcare is currently seeking a part-time Business Development Associate to join our team in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. As an entry-level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be resilient, hardworking, and possess strong project management and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities: - Researching and identifying new business opportunities - Developing and maintaining relationships with potential clients and partners - Collaborating with internal teams to develop proposals and pitch presentations - Tracking and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Assisting in the creation of marketing materials and campaigns - Attending networking events and conferences to promote the company and build relationships - Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - 1+ years of experience in business development or sales - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong project management and persuasion skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
