Remote Business Development Associate

Job Description:

Sasol, a leading energy and chemical company, is seeking a Remote Business Development Associate to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in business development or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and cold calling - Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create strategic proposals and pitches - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential growth areas - Track and report on sales and business development activities - Stay current on industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Resourceful and dedicated with a strong work ethic - Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Availability to travel for meetings and conferences as needed
