Business Development Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a part-time Business Development Associate to join our team at Absa Group Limited in Durban, KwaZulu Natal. The ideal candidate will be a hardworking and resourceful individual with a passion for business development. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and helping to drive growth for the company.

Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities - Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's client base - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute business development initiatives - Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients - Monitor industry trends and competitors to stay ahead of the curve - Assist in the development of business proposals and contracts

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or a related field - Strong analytical and research skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
