Business Development Associate - Work from home

Harmony Gold, a leading mining company in Soweto, Gauteng, is looking for a motivated and reliable Business Development Associate to join our team. This is a part-time, remote position that offers opportunities for unlimited personal and professional growth.

Responsibilities: - Research and identify new business opportunities - Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners - Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends - Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets - Provide support in various business development activities

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think critically and solve complex problems - Excellent people management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Reliable and dedicated work ethic
