Anglo American Platinum, a leading mining company based in Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for researching market trends, identifying potential business opportunities, and developing strategic partnerships to drive growth for the company. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement business development strategies, as well as maintain relationships with existing clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities - Develop and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders - Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement business development strategies - Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and partners - Monitor industry trends and competitor activities - Assist in preparing proposals and bids for new business opportunities - Track and report on business development activities and results

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets - Passionate about driving business growth and innovation - Adaptable to changing market conditions and business needs
