Harmony Gold, a leading company in the mining sector, is seeking a Business Development Associate to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or related field. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue for the company through the development of new business opportunities.

Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis - Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners to drive business growth - Assist in the development and implementation of strategic business development initiatives - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of business development strategies - Conduct presentations and pitches to potential clients to showcase company offerings - Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth - Prepare and submit proposals, contracts, and other sales documents as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Proven track record in business development and sales - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Confident and driven personality traits - Ability to work well in a team and effectively manage people - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
