Job Description:

Harmony Gold is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Business Development Associate to join our dynamic team. This is a part-time position that can be done from the comfort of your own home in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. As a Business Development Associate at Harmony Gold, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.

Responsibilities: - Research and identify new business opportunities - Build and maintain relationships with potential clients - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve - Present findings and recommendations to senior management

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales - Strong analytical skills and ability to think innovatively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
