Online Business Development Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and driven Online Business Development Associate to join our team at Massmart Holdings in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA. As an Entry Level position, this is a part-time role with the opportunity for growth within the company.

Responsibilities: - Conduct research on potential online business opportunities and partnerships - Develop and implement strategies to grow our online presence and reach new markets - Collaborate with the marketing team to create and optimize online campaigns - Monitor and analyze online sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Provide support to the sales team in executing online sales initiatives - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online business development

Requirements: - Resourceful and resilient individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment - Strong research skills and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred, but not required
