Online Business Development Associate

Job Description:

Truworths International is seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Online Business Development Associate to join our team in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. This part-time position is perfect for those looking to gain valuable experience in the business development field. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience who possess the drive to learn and grow within our organization.

Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new business opportunities online - Assist in the implementation of online marketing strategies to drive sales and increase revenue - Analyze data and market trends to make informed business decisions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless online operations - Conduct negotiations with potential partners and vendors - Maintain and update online platforms to ensure optimal user experience - Provide support to the Business Development Manager as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and environments - Proven experience in negotiation and analysis - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online platforms - Knowledge of e-commerce and digital marketing trends is a plus
