Qué harás

Serás parte del equipo de Atención al Cliente para España y Portugal. Tu objetivo será garantizar un servicio de calidad y una experiencia positiva para nuestros clientes. Algunas de tus tareas:

• Preparar ofertas, registrar pedidos y emitir facturas
• Atender consultas y resolver incidencias
• Apoyar al equipo comercial en tareas diarias
• Comunicarte de forma clara, en español e inglés

El trabajo se realiza de forma presencial en nuestras oficinas de Madrid. Dependiendo de tu autonomía y progresión, se podría considerar el trabajo híbrido tras el período de integración.

Qué buscamos

• Experiencia en atención al cliente, soporte comercial o back-office
• Conocimiento de SAP y herramientas de MS Office
• Habilidades comunicativas y de trabajo en equipo
• Actitud proactiva, resolutiva y con iniciativa propia
• Nivel fluido de español e inglés

Customer Service Representative (Spain & Portugal)

What you’ll do

As a key member of our Customer Service team for Spain and Portugal, you’ll make sure our customers feel supported and valued. You’ll handle all back-office and support tasks that keep things running smoothly, such as:

• Creating quotes, processing orders and invoices
• Responding to customer questions and solving issues
• Supporting our sales team with daily operations
• Communicating clearly – in Spanish and in English

You’ll be based in our Madrid office. Depending on your independence and learning curve, hybrid work may be possible after onboarding.

What you bring

• Experience in customer service, sales support, or back-office work
• Comfortable working with SAP and MS Office tools
• You’re a team player with strong communication skills
• You’re proactive, solution-minded, and don’t wait to be told what to do
• You speak Spanish and can communicate well in English
