Descripción del trabajo - In-company Language Coach Madrid

Kleinson is a consultancy specialising in language training and other linguistic services in companies.

We are currently looking for
Language Coaches for an implant role for one of our clients in Madrid.

What does the role entail?

The role would consist of, among other things:

Assisting employees in preparing and participating in meetings in English.

Assisting with preparing and delivering presentations in English

Providing useful and actionable feedback on employees' meetings and presentations

Assessing and helping employees with their effective communication skills in English

Assisting with translating contracts and other documents

Conversation classes to employees when needed

This is a
face-to-face position, in the postcode area 28050, Madrid. The Language Coach might spend 4 hours a day in the company, a few days a week. The exact timetable and the duration of the implant has yet to be fully defined. The exact rate will be set once these details are agreed.

Some online sessions may also be required.

Requisitos

The ideal Language Coach for this client will have many or all of these qualities:

- have experience teaching Business English in companies.

- have experience providing other coaching or training services within companies, such as how to deliver presentations, effective communication, and so on.

- have experience with translations of legal documents.

- experience of working with engineering companies is a plus.

- have an interest in sustainable energies.

The Language Coach must:

- be based in Madrid

- have a Spanish NIE/DNI, bank account and Social Security number

- be fluent in Spanish

- be flexible and versatile. The role is varied and adaptability is important.
