Position details 

TransPerfect is currently looking for an Italian language trainer in Alicante, Spain (or nearby area), to join our team of Italian language professionals. As an Italian language trainer with TransPerfect, you will deliver language classes to our clients from a variety of sectors and cultural backgrounds. 

Responsibilities 

Main Objectives 

• Prepare lesson plans and deliver effective training 

• Be prepared to develop complementary course materials to meet learners’ needs 

• Assess language levels 

• Create language content 

• Engage learners in the learning process and keep motivation levels high 

• Monitor progress and evaluate learners’ performance throughout the course 

• Apply TransPerfect’s teaching methodology and be prepared to adjust lessons to different culturally-based learning styles

Education and Experience 

• Native or native proficiency in German 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 

• Minimum of 3 years' experience teaching German 

Preferred Skills 

• Knowledge of the corporate business environment 

• Knowledge of a second language
