Descripción del trabajo - Jr B2B Sales (UK IE Market)

Tasks

Your role will focus on supporting the sales team while driving new business growth across the UK + IE market. Key responsibilities include:

Adopting a consultative sales approach to identify opportunities and win new business.

Managing inbound and outbound customer interactions, with a strong focus on the French market.

Owning and developing a portfolio of accounts, ensuring accurate CRM/ERP updates, follow-ups, and pipeline management.

Preparing and managing tailored quotes, proposals, and commercial documentation.

Building long-term client relationships by delivering outstanding post-sales support and solution-oriented selling.

Negotiating with suppliers, clients, and partners to optimize profitability and maximize margins.

Providing hands-on support to customers, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience at every stage.

Requirements

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven profile with the following qualifications:

Strong customer-centric mindset with excellent relationship-building skills.

Nice to have - experience in telesales and/or e-commerce environments.

Nice to have - background in sales and customer service, ideally within the IT sector.

Highly results-oriented, with a strong drive to exceed sales targets.

English (spoken and written) is required.

Spanish is a strong plus.

Availability to work from Madrid (candidates already based in Madrid are preferred).

Eagerness to learn and the ability to quickly understand new business and technical concepts.

Benefits

Flexible working hours (afternoons).

Remote work flexibility.

Long term contract: 24k gross per year + comissions (4k gross per year)
