Responsibilities
• Maintaining existing client relationships and pursuing up-selling opportunities • Engaging with clients to identify their needs and presenting solutions • Coordinating IT, Data Analytics, and Sales departments • Collecting client's feedback regularly to improve satisfaction
Requirements
• Perfect English (native or almost native level) • 2 years of experience in sales, consulting, or project management • Experience with IT integrations or other technology related fields • Knowledge in big data • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite • Knowledge of the insurance or banking industry is a plus
