Accounts Payable Manager

This is a 100% office based role from 9am - 5.30pm. You must live in the Gibraltar or Southern Spain area and have an EU or UK passport. What will you do as an Accounts Payable Manager? • Oversee the accounts payable process globally, including invoice processing, disbursement, and vendor management in multiple jurisdictions.
• Implement efficient and standardized account payable procedures and policies in global activities.
• Conduct reconciliations for financial transactions and ensure they comply with financial policies and regulatory standards.
• Manage the month-end closing of financial records and posting of month-end information; ensure the accuracy of financial records related to the payments.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all bank relations and manage the organization’s banking activities including negotiating fees, interest rates, and other daily banking services.
• Oversee daily banking transactions and monitor daily the global bank account balances.
• Liaise with banks for payment instructions and daily communication. What do you know that makes you a great Accounts Payable Manager? • Proven experience as an accounts payable manager or in a similar role.
• Experience in banking coordination.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with accounting systems.
• Confidentiality – Uphold confidentiality in handling financial and sensitive information. Salary £35k - £40k based on experience with bonus & benefits package.
