Job Overview:
The purpose of the role is to increase our income through developing new and existing relationships with partners (Estate Agents, IFA’s, Property Portals)
Key Performance Area’s
This business-to-business position hinges on forging new partnerships and introducers to generate leads by establishing and nurturing effective relationships. A pivotal aspect of this role is the development of both internal and external relationships, as it involves close collaboration with the internal sales and trading teams. As this is a sales role, proficiency in selling is crucial. Additionally, robust account management skills will contribute to success. Tactically, success will be partly measured by the maintenance and expansion of existing business partnerships. Nevertheless, the primary focus of the role is to leverage your sphere of influence, networks, and expertise to onboard new, valuable partnerships.
