Your Role and ResponsibilitiesIdentify new opportunities and drive growth (Sales)Manages the overall architecture governance and run the Architect Design Authority across all Kyndryl teams who are supporting the account, and co-lead or participate in the Client-s Architecture GovernanceOwn and communicate the architecture principal, technical solution, methods, and strategies of the scope of a Kyndryl solution at a clientOwn and drive the Account Technical Roadmap. Influence, shape or co-create client strategic architectureDemonstrate Kyndryl innovation in front of the clientAct as a TRUSTED technology partner, innovation advisor and coach to the account team and sector/industry executive management and the customer, relative to the in-scope solutionAssume the role of technical consultant to the account and customer team, relative to the in-scope solutionSupport the extended technical team in establishing and maintaining relationships with key technical customer personnel, relative to the in-scope solutionEvaluate and support solutions, offerings, and technologies that assist the customer in achieving their objectivesSupport the maintenance of customer satisfaction with the Kyndryl relationship and offeringsEvaluate and integrate offerings and technologies into the in-scope Kyndryl solutions, where no appropriate Kyndryl offering existsConsider solutions/services from IBM and non-IBM partners in addressing client-s/industry needsContract deliverables such as the Annual Technology PlanRequired Technicaland Professional ExpertiseBilingual in English and French if hired for the province of Quebec. Maintaining a skill level necessary for the ever changing business needs (Badges, YL). Specifically achieving and sustaining the L1, L2 or L3 Architect certification aligned with your band.
