Our team is engaged in designing and delivering Digital Tech Services for all CHC worldwide.

We deliver our solutions in a highly competitive market answering FMCH needs and sometimes supporting highly regulated environments (GxP, SoX and other regional and local regulations).

Our team operates in an international context, serving all markets in most of the countries around the world.

Main responsibilities

Reporting solid line to the Head of Enterprise Architecture (Digital Consumer Healthcare), this position is a senior leadership role to develop the architecture landscape for Corporate Functions as well as their integration with the rest of the CHC ecosystem. Levering existing technologies or bringing new enabling technologies, optimizing costs, and simplifying these products & services.

• She/He is responsible to establish a solid Architecture Landscape contributing to the roadmap defined by the Functional units and maximizing reusability of the Core Systems.

• Products, services or processes involved can be (but not limited to & evolving dynamically):

  • Cloud hosting (AWS, Azure)

  • Integration platforms (TIBCO TCI and Informatica Cloud) and APIs

  • HR Solutions, Finance Planning and Consolidation, Treasury, SAP, ...

• Build and develop technical plans to enhance and scale our infrastructure, repeatedly for our clients and partners.

• Contribute to effective working relationships in a global matrix organization to deliver a coherent and positive environment.

• Promote and develop software quality by implementing a test-driven approach.

• Manage and upskill a growing global team of solution architects.

• Develop an architecture community of practice with regular tech and functional sessions and promote a culture of edge technology and innovation.

• Contribute to the overall data model design and management for CHC and ensure data consistency (data model avoiding data duplication across CHC eco-system)

Businesses scope: The Enterprise Architect will actively support CHC Business units Corporate Functions & transversal ERP (SAP S4/HANA) while he/she must engage and support the proper integration with Commercial, Science, Manufacturing & Supply chain, Data). The product & services will have to be designed to meet expected targets in term of performance, stability, and cost effectiveness.

About you

The Enterprise Architect should be a strategic thinker, and educated in most technologies, especially around: Cloud, DevOps & Agile, Big Data, Integration & API and ERP or Enterprise Solutions like Workday or other HR Solutions, Payroll, or Finance Management systems. Also, up to date with new technology trends like AR/VR, Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain and others.

She/He will build a collaborative network with his peers inside Sanofi Digital organization to ensure common usage & understanding of technologies, products & services, especially for services shared between Sanofi & CHC. He/she will support all CHC Digital units transversally.

Required knowledge and/or experience.

• 10+ years of experience in positions related to Architecture of Digital solutions or Integration Technologies across Enterprise Solutions.

• Advanced and large technological skillset and a demonstrated history.

• Knowledge & appetite for new technological trends

• Excellent knowledge related to integration frameworks, use cases, integration design patterns and data engineering best practices.

• Knowledge of new digital technologies and associated cyber practices for Cloud, Infra-by-code, IaaS/SaaS/PaaS services, OT/IoT, factory 4.0, DevSecOps, etc.

• Experience on regulated sector is a plus.

• Knowledge on industrial and enterprise systems specially HR Systems and Finance.

• Program management skills and demonstrated history in directly managing transformative programs for wide organizations.

• Experience working on Agile with Scrum or SaFE teams.
