Summary

-Responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and execution of the Commercial Strategy; take full accountability for brand insight across regional organization, and provide strategic insights that share /develop brand strategy. -Working collaboratively with cross functional teams to synthesize findings into actionable insights . -Responsible for territorial marketing activities in order to optimize and customize brands promotion, strengthening implementation, coordination and execution of Field Force and KAM activities. -Responsible for identifying and retaining talent -Lead the development and implementation of standards to supportquality and compliance

About the Role

Major accountabilities:

  • Analyzes trends and develops impactful and actionable customer market insights -support Brand teams in creation of service needs to define an Integrated insights & analytics plan.

  • Provide leadership in the establishment of a high performing team of Scientific Events Leads, Managers and Coordinators.

  • Lead the development and implementation of standards to support quality and compliance.

  • Aligning on work required to support Scientific Events activities at a global, Regional and local level where required.

  • Lead teams to define deliverables and monitor time management

Key performance indicators:

  • execution of insights & analytics services and related Strategic projects -Performance on productivity and competitiveness, measured against goals & benchmarks

Minimum Requirements:
Work Experience:

  • Experience in  managing entire tender contract lifecycle to ensure holistic view of the tendering process between contract management, order management, supply and finance.

  • Experience in identifying tender types based on sell-out channels to best prepare bidding strategy and to ensure bid conditions are applied to the customer and full compliance of Novartis tender management and regulatory standards.

  • Experience in defining and determining all commercial models and pricing scenarios related to prepare tender bidding proposal and ensure best conditions go to the customer

  • At least 3 years’ experience in country and/or global tendering roles

  • Strong end user experience in SAP S4/HANA and/or Vistex

  • Additional Project Management training, a certification/designation desirable
