Responsabilidades

Ejecutar las tareas de mantenimiento preventivo/predictivo de acuerdo con el calendario establecido para asegurar el correcto funcionamiento de los equipos de producción.

Registrar todas las acciones realizadas en base a los procedimientos en vigor.

• Ejecutar de manera eficaz los trabajos de mantenimiento correctivo, cambios de formato y ajustes en proceso, respetando los procedimientos internos de la planta. Registras todas las acciones realizadas en base a los procedimientos en vigor (p.ej, logbook, MAXIMO).
• Ejecutar actividades de calibración según programa de calibración de la planta, en base a la formación recibida a través de los procedimientos aprobados en planta.
• Participar en las investigaciones relacionadas con el departamento de mantenimiento (u otro en caso de ser necesario) para ayudar a identificar las causas raíces de las incidencias y establecer medidas correctivas / preventivas que eviten su recurrencia.
• Referente técnico del área. Soporte al departamento en el desarrollo de inversiones, proyectos de mejora continua, optimización de procesos, innovación (a través de las iniciativas KPS), así como a otros departamentos (cualificaciones, formación, ... ).
• Operación y mantenimiento de la sala de máquinas e instalaciones productivas según necesidades productivas de la planta.
• Supervisar los trabajos de contratas externas relacionadas con trabajos de mantenimiento correspondientes a su área, con el fin de asegurar que las empresas ejecuten los trabajos respetando los procedimientos internos de la compañía.
• Cumplir con los estándares de Calidad, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente. Minimizar residuos manejados y otros trabajos asociados, incluyendo las operaciones de limpieza y orden necesarias para el buen funcionamiento de los equipos en todas las áreas y talleres de la planta.

Qualifications

CUALIFICACIONES MÍNIMAS

• Educación requerida: FP-11 o Ciclo Superior en Electromecánica (Mantenimiento Industrial) o bien con conocimientos similares
• Experiencia requerida: Mínimo de 3 años en puesto similar del sector farmacéutico o sectores afines.

• Aptitudes requeridas:

• Conocimientos contrastados en mecánica, electricidad, neumática,
• Utilización de maquinaria-herramienta.
• Interpretación de planos mecánicos y eléctricos. Croquización de piezas.
• Conocimientos contrastados de electrónica, automatismos industriales y PLCs.

• Deseables o preferibles:

• Nivel medio de inglés e informática de usuario (paquete Office).
• Conocimiento y experiencia en sistema informáticos de gestión de mantenimiento.
