With its innovative solutions and unique technology, it offers customers within a wide range of industrial sectors effective and cost-saving solutions for optimizing industrial plant operations. Managing Director Iberia

Reporting to the CEO of the Group, he/she will develop a strategy leading to the global Vision 2030 and gradually integrate it within the established organization, creating a strong synergy.

We highlight the following tasks:

• Management of the overall company in Spain and development of a sustainable and future-oriented strategy
• Assumption of full P&L responsibility and control of results
• Responsible for creating a group of Key Account Managers to support the current sales team in strengthening the major clients in their portfolio.
• Development and implementation of an efficient and sustainable go to market strategy to sustainably support the growth process
• Expansion of existing market potential in established and new markets, through a sustainable go to market strategy derived from market and customer requirements
• Further development of internal structures and processes
• Deriving and implementing Group guidelines and acting congruently with the principles and overall strategy
• Appreciative communication with employees and visibility in the company as a role model
• Representation of the company to the outside world, for example at trade fairs and in appropriate networks
• Regular communication and reporting to the parent company

We are looking for someone with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Business Administration, etc. ) with demonstrated experience in a leadership role as well as direct sales through a value-based top-down selling approach, along with experience in managing of the P&L. Preferably someone with knowledge of maintenance and/or lubrication management. Fluency in English and Spanish is a must.
