Are you a dynamic and passionate sales professional? We're seeking a Senior Account Executive EMEA responsible for the entire sales cycle based in Spain. As a European startup with international presence, we are venturing into business expansion in EMEA countries. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in identifying market potential, supporting the customer through the sales cycle and to negotiate and close sales contracts. Main tasks and responsibilities:Conducting high-level discussions with C-Level and VP-Level Executives, addressing their unique business requirements. Planning your business through strategic Territory and Account planning. Going through the full sales cycle from the prospecting and identifying potential clients through various channels to negotiating contracts and closing sales to achieve revenue targets. Orchestrating cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation for new customers. Ensuring a smooth transition of customer relationships to our Customer Success team. The ideal candidate will possess the following:Ability to work autonomously and remotely. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with the Madrid-based central team. The ideal candidate has experience as a top BDR in an established organization. They have been promoted within one year to Junior AE, smashed their quota, and promoted again to Account Executive, with an extra of 2/3 years of constant overachievement selling to 5k+ employees companies. Track record of 6 figures deals. Native in German or Dutch and fluent in EnglishPreferable deep understanding of the HR and Compensation & Benefits landscape. Strong personal ownership, great proactivity and solid team player. Interest in psychology and mental health.
