Automation Operations Manager

YOUR ROLE

The Automation Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficiency of the recently deployed automation solution as part of our transformation efforts to continue modernizing and improving our ways of working. This role will work in close collaboration with the existing operation´s team members and oversee the day to day execution of creative automated processes in Madrid and Barcelona, specifically regarding adapting the workflow processes, training our people, keeping our technologies updated and ensure consistent quality outputs within our production studios. More importantly, this role requires a transversal, open, flexible attitude mixed with a technical mind and results oriented personality.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with discipline leads in Print, Digital, Broadcast and Creative to ensure efficient processes are adhered to and continuously look to improve existing best practices

• Understand all aspects of Craft’s digital production platforms and ensure the studio is working within the best practice guidelines

• Recommend studio process improvements, detect gaps and expand capabilities through technology, innovation and process workflows.

• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external clients and partners

• Promotion of a culture that celebrates the key pillars of Craft’s offering - Craftsmanship, Intelligence and Community

• Technically familiar with Hardware, Software & Server configurations and cost estimations.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• 4-6 year’s experience in a studio production environment either in agency or marketing consultancy working with DCO platforms, creative automation solutions and/or technologies within environments such as Adobe aimed at providing frameworks to editors and designers designed to simplify and accelerate content creation.

• Familiarity with Premiere, Aftereffects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Firefly or Midjourney is definitely helpful

• Solid organizational and process oriented mindset with a good understanding of technical results

• Demonstrated positive, results oriented attitude

• Excellent English and Spanish communication skills

• Must be a competent teacher, team player and guide for others

• Able to foster a positive team atmosphere
